TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Push and Pull Followed by RDL
and a spicy WOD
WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday
THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Squat Clean for Speed, Back Squat for Strength and a 2K Row
FRIDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Push Jerk followed by a Conditioning test
[CHALKFIT] Cardio Mix
SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Devils press and Thrusters :(
SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio with a partner
OTHERS:
