WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -  [BUILD & GRIND] Speed (Snatch), Absolute strength (Front Squat) and Capacity (wod)

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Push and Pull Followed by RDL

    and a spicy WOD

  • WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday

  • THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Squat Clean for Speed, Back Squat for Strength and a 2K Row

  • FRIDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Push Jerk followed by a Conditioning test

    • [CHALKFIT] Cardio Mix

  • SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Devils press and Thrusters :(

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio with a partner


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club on the weekend on Sunday
