  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Bench followed by DU's, Pulls and Bike

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Front Squats followed Crossfit Open 17.1

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] A Shoulder Complex followed by Running and Cleans

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Every movement you can think off :)

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] An other sweatty Sunday!
