Introducing SNACKFIT: Healthy Snack Making Workshop

Bingeing during the coronavirus crisis isn’t just about Netflix. You have might find yourself going through your cupboard kicking all those great habits and start snacking on all those unhealthy things. Yes stress makes you do things you normally wouldn’t do. But don’t despair we got your back!

WHAT?

  • Pauline Gibson will be hosting weekly live streaming cooking sessions

  • We will start with healthy snacks but might add some lunches as well

WHEN?

  • Every Wednesday at 3pm

HOW

  • Book in via Team Up as usual

  • We will post the ingredients 1-2 weeks in advance

  • Have your gear ready (you will be informed of what you need)

  • Call in via the link you receive in the email of your bookings confirmation on Wednesday 3pm

  • Follow Pauline’s instructions online and let the kids join in!

  • Post a picture of your snack on Chalk-It

If you have not been able to get your ingredients in time, don’t worry. Still call in and join the fun and make notes. As soon as your ingredients arrive you will know what to do and can make it.

We will have options for vegetarians in every session.
