Some changes to our schedule for 2025

We will be making some changes to our schedule in 2025!

After requests from many of you, we will be moving our 9:30 am class to 9 am from January 2025

Many of you have also asked for a Gymnastics Skill class.

YOU ASK, WE DELIVER

To include as many of you in the Skill Classes as possible we have decided to run these sessions on Saturdays. We will run 6 weeks courses and if we find these sessions are popular and helpful we will continue with a new course of 6 weeks.

The Saturday Schedule will therefore change to the following from January 11th:

Standard Class: 8:30 am

Skill Class: 9:30 am

Standard Class: 10:15 am

Teens 11:15 am

This means you could do the 8:30 am class and hang around for some skill practice or you could do the skill class followed by the WOD at 10:15 am

Our NEW Schedule:

WOD: Monday - Friday: morning: 7 am and 9 am, evening: 6 pm and 7 pm (Tuesday 5 pm and 6 pm)

Saturday: 8:30 am and 10:15 am

Sunday: 9 am

Barbell: Wednesday 7 pm and Saturday 8 am/Sunday 10:15 am

Skill: Saturday 9:30 am

Teens: Satuday 11:15 am
