Meet our new Sports Therapist: Jade

We are excited to start a new partnership with Jade Shaw:

A graduate of the prestigious London School of Massage with a Level-5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, I specialise in clinical level assessment and treatment of the musculoskeletal system.

Alongside my private practice in Sevenoaks, Kent, I am the head therapist for Lordswood Rugby 1st Team, and Sevenoaks Football U18 and 1st  team. This ensures I continuously learn and develop techniques to help athletes compete in their best physical condition through proactive treatment, minimizing the impact of existing conditions, and supporting the safe return from injury.

I believe exercise to key to a healthy lifestyle and can be modified to suit any ability.  I like to keep myself fit by playing netball, cycling, and weightlifting. My love of the human body drives me to keep people moving well and pain-free.  Whether caused by general lifestyle, sports injuries, or medical conditions, I am able to provide clinical assessment and advanced soft tissue treatment techniques to elevate areas of tension and dysfunction.
