The 2017 Open WODs are now in Goteam Up - Book in!
We have limited classes to 8 as we don't know the WOD's in advance. But there are every week 7 sessions to give you a change to join the open WODs (Friday 4 sessions and Saturday 3 sessions)
As we will be busy judging in the sessions we like to ask you all to arrive early in these sessions so you can start your warm up on your own.
