This is the week we have been waiting for! How heavy can you Squat and Press? We have been building strength in the last weeks so it’s time to find out how much progress you all have made.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] A nice EMOM with cleans, Wallballs and DU's

  • TUESDAY -[BUILT & GRIND] We are testing the Push Press today followed by bike, TTB and Deadlifts

  • WEDNESDAY [[SWEAT & SPRINT] Running, Pulls ups and KBS

  • THURSDAY[BUILD & GRIND] We are going to test our  Front  Squat today! Followed by Slamballs and Rowing

  • FRIDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] A bit more Sumo deadlift followed by Bike and GTOH

  • SATURDAY -[BENCHMARK] Meet Ellen

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] 1000 Reps Challenge


OTHERS:
