Next week we continue with strength; Back Squats, Presses and Deadlifts. You will have all the big lifts passing by over the week. Don’t miss it and book in now!


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] We will be practicing Pistols, DU's, HSPU, and Strict Pull Ups

  • TUESDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Continue the Back Squat followed by cleans

  • WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT & SRPINT] Presses, KBS, Bike, Row, and TTB

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Bench press and Shoulder Press today

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Row, Squat, Lunges, and DU's

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] Diane

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Today is a mix of strength work and strength fundamentals. Your goal is to build to a heavy weight in the press
