12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT

I know it's cliche, but hasn't this year flown by?

In 2022, we saw some changes at CHALKBOX, the most significant of which was our new location. However, we are not finished making changes. In the coming months, you can expect more changes to the programming, personal development plans, and internal competitions.

We always end the year with our 12-days of CrossFit challenge. It's known as our most difficult challenge, but we want to encourage EVERYONE to give it a shot. You can always take it easy on days when you're tied.

If you have a twice-week membership, you can come 12 days in a row for free.

The gym will be closed December 25th - January 3rd. There will be hours where you can drop in though and train with the coaches. You can find the times for this via BoxMate news of our Chalk-IIt Facebook group.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] This workout can be done slowly and with less intention if you are going for the 12 days of CrossFit. Just take it easy today

  • TUESDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 1 - Fight Gone Bad

  • WEDNESDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 2 - Squats, Pull Ups and bike

  • THURSDAY -[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 3 - CrossFit total with a Twist

  • FRIDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 4 - Endurance

  • SATURDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 5 - Row, Burpee, Box Jump and Deadlifts

  • SUNDAY -[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 6 - Scroog


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
