Continue Strength Training on Monday and Friday

TEST week in the Front Squat and Push Press.

Sundays we will have INTERVAL TRAINING


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Testing the Push Press today followed by a spicy wod with presses and bike

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] A good mix of conditioning and lifting with DL, Burpees, and Lunges

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT &SPRINT] CHALKHR Style Snatches, Burpees and Box Jumps

  • THURSDAY -[SWEAT&SPRINT] Run/row, Sit Ups, and Skipping, a nice conditioning workout

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Testing the Front Squat today followed by Bench Press

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK DAY] Karen meets Grace

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Interval training with Rowing, Squats, and Sit Ups


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
