Continue Strength Training on Monday and Friday
We are starting a new Strength Cycle for Deadlifts on Tuesdays and we will work on heavy cleans in the coming weeks
Sundays we will have INTERVAL TRAINING

MONDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] CHALKHR Style Walballs, Thrusters, and Burpees
TUESDAY - [BUILD&GRING] Week 1 Deadlift followed by DU's and KBS
WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Sweaty sprint with Row, Box Jumps and V-Ups
THURSDAY -[SWEAT&GRIND] Back Squat, Push Press, Running, and Rowing
FRIDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] wk 1 Squat Clean followed by Slam balls
SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] CINDY
SUNDAY - [SWEAT&GRINDS] Sweaty with DB Presses, DB Cleans, Bench Dips, and Bike
OTHERS:
WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
