Continue Strength Training on Monday and Friday

We continue strength training in the Front Squat and Push Press.

This program is for everyone, it will start with light weights and build over the next couple of weeks. But the magic isn’t in lifting heavy weights, it’s in doing a decent volume of reps at a challenging weight with good form. We want you to push yourself.

Sundays we will have INTERVAL TRAINING


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Push Press week 3 followed by running and gymnastics

  • TUESDAY -  [SWEAT+SPRINT] [Circuit of Sandbag carry, Sit Ups, Row, Bike

  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Working on the Clean&Jerk followed by Medball Cleans, Burpees and Deadlifts

  • THURSDAY - [SPRING&DRING] Box step up, Skipping and Toe-to-Bar

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] continue Front Squats wk4 20 reps followed by BIKE

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK DAY] Crossfit Games 22.2

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT+SPRINT] today we will do an adjusted version of Painstorm XXVII

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
