Monday 9 am QUEEN ELIZABETH MEMORIAL WOD for anyone who likes to join and Saturday SPORTSDAY

Continue Strength Training on Monday and Friday

We continue strength training in the Front Squat and Push Press.

This program is for everyone, it will start with light weights and build over the next couple of weeks. But the magic isn’t in lifting heavy weights, it’s in doing a decent volume of reps at a challenging weight with good form. We want you to push yourself.

Sundays we will have the Partner WOD’s.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - Queen Elizabeth Memorial WOD

  • TUESDAY -  [SWEAT+SPRINT] Row, Deadlift, and Push-ups

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT+CHALKHR] Fast metcon with Box jumps, burpees, OH Squats, and Snatches Followed by heavy Cleans

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT+GRIND] today will be Wallballs, Running, and Hollow Rocks.

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] continue Front Squats wk3 20 reps followed by a few burpees

  • SATURDAY - Sportsday Event

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT+GRIND] Partner WOD8- Total body conditioning
