We have a new challenge coming!! Start practicing plank and add 10 sec every day. Challenge will be Saturday 17th, let the best (wo)man win!

Continue Strength Training on Monday and Friday

We continue strength training in the Front Squat and Push Press. We step away from Wendler and start a new program.

This program is for everyone, it will start with light weights and build over the next couple of weeks. But the magic isn’t in lifting heavy weights, it’s in doing a decent volume of reps at a challenging weight with good form. We want you to push yourself.

Sundays we will have the Partner WOD’s.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Push Press week 2 followed by some accessory work

  • TUESDAY -  [SWEAT+GRIND] Pistols and Pull Ups

  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD+GRIND] CHALKHR Style - starting with Bike and VUps followed by Deadlifts

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT+SPRINT]Chipper with Bike, Sit Ups, KBS and more

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] continue Front Squats wk2 20 reps followed by Wallballs and Kettlebell Swings

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] CF Open 22.1

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT+GRIND] Partner WOD 7 - Ring Row, Squats, Kettlebell Swings and Rowing


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
