Lifting heavy is essential for your general fitness. Lifting means increasing muscle which will support bone and joint stability.
Also lifting will increase metabolism and helps to lose body fat (a lot!)
Being stronger will help you in any sport and in daily life and will help you stay independent for a long time all the way up to 80+ years old.
We are starting soon with Barbell sessions for beginners, but we also offer Personal training sessions to work on your Olympic lifts.
Our Coach Matt has got sessions available on Wednesdays 3pm, 4pm and 5pm.
Personal training sessions can be shared in pairs and are also available for teens.
