Today's Teens WOD will be:
A) Strength
20 min to find 5 heave rep Back Squat
B) Conditioning
In teams of 2 complete AMRAPx10
2 air Squats + 2 burpees (partner a first, partner b next)
4 air Squats + 4 burpees
6 air Squats + 6 burpees
Keep adding 2 squats and 2 burpees each round.
