“The after party”
We like to invite all CHALKBOX members plus their friends and family to take part in Saturday’s last Competition WOD. Friends and Family can come to support you and its a great way for them to find out why all you do is talk about is CrossFit :)
Pauline Gibson will make some healthy snacks for us and we will be having drinks. All we need is a bit of sunshine to make it the BEST FIRST party after a year of lockdowns. So I hope to see many of you, if you just want to come and watch, please do so!
Please let us know how many of you will come by sending an email to frontdesk@chalkbox.co to give us an idea how many drinks and snacks need to be stored.
“Skill of the week”
We are starting this week with the skill of the week. We will spend time in the sessions to work on a skill to help you all get closer to performing this and to get stronger for this. Skills you can expect are pull-ups, handstand walks, handstand push ups, rope clips, muscle ups and many more.
If we feel 1 week practise is not enough we will extend the skill period to 2 weeks.
