I hear so often from many people walking through the gym doors for the first time:
“I lose motivation after a while”.
Did you know that losing motivation is very normal? Even the best top athletes and most successful people lose motivation every now and then.
The difference between them and many of us is that they know how to get back on track again and get motivated again.
The first step to stay motivated:
Get a coach
Yes, even the most successful people have a coach. It helps to have someone who can hold you accountable. When you feel a bit lost, you can count on your coach to pull you back in again. A coach will also push you where needed and keeps you injury free.
The second step to stay motivates:
Track everything
log your workouts and scores
log your rest days
track what you eat
track how much you sleep
track your goals

Set yourself goals and milestones
