B) Bonus: 100 medicine ball Hamstring curls
Supine Hamstring Curls with Medicine Ball With your heels on a medicine ball, elevate your hips into a bridge position. Extend the legs so your knees are as straight as possible. Maintaining high hips and engaged gluteals, pull your heels to your butt. Extend the legs back to your starting position.
