Today's Teens Workout will be:

Skill / Strength: Over Head Squat - you have got 20min to work up to a 5 rep heavy OH squat

Conditioning:

In teams of 4 complete for time:

Run 1600m (to the entrance twice) 

KB swings x 200

Sit ups x 200

Air squats x 200

Push ups x 200

Burps x 200

Time cap: 30 min

Only 2 people of a team can work at the same time
