Coach Nathan took a break from CrossFit after Covid, but as we’ve all seen, he’s come back stronger than ever. He’s fully committed to his training again, looking leaner, lifting heavier, and bringing serious energy back into the gym.

And now—great news—Nathan has agreed to share his nutrition secrets and help you get stronger, leaner, and feel better.

Starting January 5th, he’ll be launching a 6-week Nutrition Challenge, where he’ll break down exactly how he rebuilt his strength and body. He’ll also be organising small-group PT sessions for anyone who wants extra support and accountability.
