Want to make 2020 the year of change and finally start seeing results in your health and fitness then this Package is for you.
What is it? A 6-week plan will enable you to start to see a transformation in your body shape and impose the routine and habits required for a healthy lifestyle without all the stress of knowing what to do in the gym and what to eat. We have that covered for you. All we ask of you is to turn up to a minimum of 3 sessions per week (one of which will be a 1-2-1) for a 6 week period and follow the nutritional guidelines provided.
What does the Package Include?
* Health, fitness and function assessment (including body fat composition- this will be carried out during your first PT session)
* One personal training session per week with your designated Coach
* Text & email support from your designated Coach
* Unlimited open gym usage (*see open gym hours on our website)
* Nutrition plan and recipe library
* Food diary analysis
* Twice per week Gym Membership (ChalkFit)
* Health reassessment and recommendations (carried out in your last session)
Who can take part? Suitable for those who are already hitting the gym but know they’ll need some new year motivation or for anyone who is a complete novice to the gym and intimated of what to do when they enter the doors.
This package would also be great for someone struggling with an injury or returning from an injury who is concerned about what movements they can and can’t do. It means you can worry less as the coach guides you through a 6 week Kick Start.
