After some thoughtful discussions, your CHALKBOX coaches have decided it’s time to bring things back to where it all began — the original CrossFit methodology.

While this won’t drastically change your daily workouts (we’ve been rooted in CrossFit for over 11 years), you’ll start to see a renewed focus on goal setting, daily progress, and helping each of you get fitter, stronger, and more capable every day.

We’re excited to dial back into the fundamentals and continue building a community that thrives on consistent improvement and real results. Let’s get after it — together.
