Part-Time Coach

CHALKBOX is a rapidly growing box. We started 10 years ago in a council gym as a hobby and have expanded in a high-spec equipped box.

The philosophy of CHALKBOX is to help anyone improve health regardless of fitness level through functional training and the support of a strong community. Our community is unique, and diverse, and is growing every day.

We are looking for CF level 1+ coaches / PT level 3 with a minimum of 2 years of experience. As we are growing, for the right individual, hours can be arranged accordingly. There are PT and other partnership opportunities

This opportunity starts as a part-time job but can very rapidly turn into a full-time job if you like.

So what are we looking for?

To join our team, we are looking for a CrossFit Coach / Personal Trainer with at least two years of experience.

  • Can you motivate a class at 7:00 a.m. and generate a FUN buzz?

  • Do you strive for excellence and want every member to move as perfectly as they possibly can?

  • Do you enjoy Functional fitness and want to share the word with anybody who is interested?

  • Are you willing to go above and beyond to ensure that your members have the best hour of their day every time?

Requirements:

  • CrossFit Level 1 certification or higher is a must or Level 3+ Personal Training with experience in Olympic Lifting

  • 2+ years of coaching experience

  • Strong knowledge of CrossFit methodology and programming.

  • Experience coaching athletes of all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors.

  • Being able to create a buzz and motivate people to keep going

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other coaches and staff members.

You need a car to be able to get to us. Candidates interested in this vacancy must live max 45min away from Sevenoaks. You might need to do early sessions
