Exercise and time for yourself is what gets you through parenthood. Learning to eat well and train to keep your body and brain healthy is key, It’s tough being a good role model to them 24/7 because the little darlings can push you to your very limits!! Frustrations and stress are less when you can take it out on something- be it a barbell, a tennis ball, or a punchbag!! 😂
Also looking after ourselves means we will be around to see them deal with parenting their children and go through what we are dealing with now 😂😂
