In-House Competition

It’s time to TEST ourselves!

We've been back out of Lockdown for 3 months now, so it’s time to test where we are at with our fitness and set ourselves some new targets.

We are organising 3 test weeks and to make it even more fun, we will make this a little competition.

You will be doing 3 different workouts:

  • Strength Test (Tuesday 17th)

  • Conditioning Test (Thursday 26th)

  • CrossFit Style Test (Saturday 4th)

How will it work?

The workouts will be done during your normal session in the WOD classes. You will turn up and do a class as normal. Your score will go into the Competition section of BoxMate so we can see a leaderboard and find out where you rank. You can choose 2 of the 3 workouts that you will use as part of your competition, so So if you are not a strong lifter for example, you can skip this for the comp score and just use the other 2 workouts.

All workouts are designed for any level, so if you are new to CHALKBOX you can still take part and test yourself so you can set some new targets for the rest of 2021.

To finish off the test/competition we will have some nice snacks and drinks on Saturday, September 4th and you can bring friends and family along to cheer you on for your last workout and join us for an ‘after-party with some nibbles.

We hope ALL CHALKBOX members join us for this, as it’s important to test your fitness every now and then and after a tricky year of fitness and community FUN it’s also time to do something fun together!
