We have added more teens sessions to the schedule
Our mission at CrossFit ChalkBox Teens is simple: We want to shape your teen’s life-long definition of health and fitness by pairing hard work and fun so that they will build healthy habits to last a lifetime. We want to turn normal teenagers into athletes and athletes into elite competitors
WE WILL DEVELOP YOUR TEEN’S TEN GENERAL PHYSICAL SKILLS:
Cardio-respiratory endurance
Power
Strength
Stamina
Speed
Agility
Flexibility
Balance
Accuracy
Coordination
All our teens sessions are constantly fully booked and therefor we added an extra session on Thursdays 5:30pm. (other teens sessions on Tuesday 5:30pm and Saturday 10:30am)
