Murph and our AFTER PARTY!

MURPH IS COMING 💪

On May 23rd we’ll be taking on the CrossFit Murph workout.

For those who don’t know, Murph is a classic Hero WOD:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

It can be scaled for all levels, so everyone can take part.

Prep starts now
Every Saturday leading up to May 23rd we’ll be running Murph prep sessions to get you ready – building volume, confidence and strategy.

Event day (May 23rd)
We’ll run 3 heats:

  • Slower / scaled group

  • Average group

  • Fast / competitive group

Pick your pace – everyone is welcome.

After party 🎉
After the workout we’ll keep the energy going:

  • Bring some snacks home made

  • Bring friends & family to support

  • Bring your own drinks

  • Live DJ + music
