What is ChalkFit?
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, bored of your current routine you will love our ChalkFit program. ChalkFit incorporates intense workouts, a high-energy group environment, expert coaching and workouts that are new and different every day. ChalkFit is best defined as ‘simple’ movements, low load and high intensity. ChalkFit minimises the risk of injury, while helping you burn fat and become lean and toned.
ChalkFit Program - Different Focus Each Day
The ChalkFit program uses different structures on different days:
Aerobic Threshold Day: Steady workouts at a moderate intensity to burn fat, develop muscle and build aerobic endurance
Strength & Movement Day: In this session we will use dumbbells, kettlebells and your body weight. It is an old fashioned circuit class, focused on movement & building strength
Spreed Endurance Day: Low volume, high intensity, short intervals used to develop fast twitch muscle fibres to develop muscular endurance. Burns fat!
Strength and Conditioning Day: Weight resistance exercises interspersed with cardio to build aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Creating a strength base is essential to advance your fitness.
Monostructural Day: Row, bike, run, skip your way to success over varying timeframes and distances
New Schedule
From September we will be having ChalkFit classes as follows:

From September we will be having a twice a week and unlimited ChalkFit membership.
Class Duration
We have listened to our members and it has become clear that our ChalkFit junkies like to get in and out the gym quick after a good high intensity workout. Therefor from September all our ChalkFit sessions will be 45min of length.
If you like to stretch a bit longer, you are welcome to hang around and do so.
