Regaining Functional Movements after pregnancy, illness, injury or trauma

At ChalkBox we are starting a new fitness class ChalkFit for those who want to regain functional movements after pregnancy, illness, injury or trauma.

The sessions will be held our at premier facility with top of the range equipment in Borough Green, Kent. The groups will be kept small and led by experienced professional coaches. 

It will start Thursday, 11.30am from 9th March. Sessions are 40 mins exercise, 20 mins nutrition and goal setting.

We are not a regular gym. We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. We teach you how to move well, which will keep you injury free and inspired to continue pursuing your health and fitness goals. The long-term result is some amazingly fit people. But just because you see some very fit members coming through our doors doesn’t mean they started that way.
