New On The Chalkboard
The weather has been amazing and it has been great to be outside again! We are planning on being more and more outside, so bring your suncreams and sun hats!
On Saturday 8th we have the 24 hour WOD. Bring snacks and come cheer on any time between Saturday 10am and Sunday 10am! Our athletes need your support!
Our next Friends & Family WOD is on the schedule for June 16th! Activate your friends and family again and bring them along!

What to expect this week?
We have 2 more weeks left of our “Building Faster Bodies’ cycle before we move on. So you can expect a few more endurance workouts this week.
MONDAY

We will be using the bike, and put load on upper and lower body. One workout you should NOT miss!
