New On The Chalkboard

First of all we are on the third instalment of Building Fitter Bodies 2019. For those new to CHALKBOX below a quick recap of what you can expect. Coach Alan explaining the general outline and Coach Isk updates on what’s coming next.

Fitness Program Building Fitter Bodies at CHALKBOX SEVENOAKS CrossFit will transform the way you think about fitness. It will do this by exposing you to functional movements. Functional movements in the gym are those that replicate movement in real life or sport. For example, nearly every day in life, you bend over and pick something up.
Functional Bodies Cycle Update All workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. The workouts are constantly varied which means your body never adapts to it. The program is suitable for all ages and physical conditions.

Couple of quick updates:

  • Thursday 8PM is Open Gym due to Coaches development meeting. Book in as per usual and there’s a workout on the board.

  • Our next Friends & Family WOD is on the schedule for June 16th! Activate your friends and family again and bring them along!
