We have some exciting events coming up for our members, so days to block in your diary: September 29th in the morning for a fun competition and 5 Friday evenings in a row starting October 4th for our Bar Fight…
If you haven’t signed up for the CHALKBOX Change Challenge yet, make sure you do. We will be posting some feedback from members who have done previous challenges soon. So far the Challenge has always been a big success in terms of losing body fat and feeling energised.
Sunday we have our Family and Friends WOD again at 9am! Make sure you are all there also if its just you on your own!
