MONDAY
Workout of the day
Skill day. Snatches.

Threshold A nice EMOM to help you work out at your threshold pace. Do you know your threshold pace? Ask your coach if you don’t!
TUESDAY
WORKOUT of the day
Squats. Build on your load from last week..

Strength: Working on activating your muscle and keeping form. We have added a lot of tempo movements.
WEDNESDAY
WORKOUT of the day
Gymnastic strength. Toes to bar, Ring Rows and……Pistols.

Interval Training: We like you to go hard today. We will start with some core activation followed by a spicy interval session
THURSDAY

Conditioning. 7 x 3min intervals, grab a partner and push each other.

Strength & Conditioning: A classic workout where we combine weights with speed.
FRIDAY
WORKOUT of the day
Triplet of Wallballs, Kettlebell Swings and Box Jumps.

Conditioning: Aerobic training, find a pace and weight you can maintain and keep going.
