THIS WEEK AT THE GYM 16.12.2019

New On The Chalkboard

Congratulations to Maggie, Denise, Sinead, Nessa, Martin, Karen, Emma and Jenna for completing the 12 days of Fitness! Amazing accomplishment.

We will be starting a new cycle on January 6th (information will follow) and till then we will enjoy a nice mix of all-round workouts.

If you have not signed up yet for the CHALKBOX Social on Saturday January 18th, please do so as we need to know numbers for our reservation.

We have already seen some great 2020 Fitness Goals, keep them coming guys. As Pull-ups are high on everyone’s wish list we will start a pull-up course in January. You need to book your place now as we keep the group small and places are going fast. See below.
