MONDAY

Workout of the day

Barbell work. Dead Lifts, hang power cleans & push jerks in teams of 2.

Conditioning. A longer workout focused on developing an aerobic base and functional strength.

TUESDAY

Workout of the day

Sweaty Tuesday. The Sevens!!! Ever heard of a buster? After today you will :-)

Aerobic Capacity. Today’s Workout is all about aerobic power.

WEDNESDAY

Workout of the day

Back Squats. Strength work finished with core or muscle-up practice. Beautiful combination.

The Bike. We say no more. Teams of 2.

Gymnastics. Skipping, hollow rocks and DB Push Press. You can grab your best friend and do this together
