Week 2 in lockdown and we are overwhelmed with how many of you stick to your daily workouts! Awesome work everyone, keep it going!
Wednesday we will be joining Pauline Healthy Snack Making Workshop in making banana bread and protein balls. Check this link for the ingredients.
NEW Every Tuesday and Friday we host a virtual coffee break at 11:15am where we can have a laugh, catch up with friends and have a coffee :)

Training Focus This Week
What to expect this week?
We will be using sandbags this week. If you haven’t got a sandbag then fill a bin-bag with mud/sand and put this bin-bag in a rug sack/gym bag/any other suitable bag. Try to have the weight around 20-25kgs. Get the shovels out!
We also will add runs to our workouts, so check where you can run and if impossible you can row or skip instead.
