That was a great week. We hope you have made new friends or learned more about each other :-). Yes we are going to repeat Sweat Together and will sprinkle more team work outs into the programming.

What to expect this week?
Last week was a deload week. Workouts were still high in intensity but loads were light. This week we are returning too Faster Bodies program. Enjoy!
