THIS WEEK WE START THE CROSSFIT OPEN
We hope you are all as excited as we are about the first workout of the CrossFit Open 2023. You will all receive an email/boxMate news and Facebook Chalk It alerts soon with how we will run the Saturday. You can’t book in until Friday morning when the workout has been announced by CrossFit HQ as the slots depend on the length of the workouts.
REMINDER: The Sunday Barbell Club will start 15min later at 10:15am now to give the always very busy 9am class a bit more time to clear all away. Also, some Sunday Barbell sessions are moved to Saturday 8am instead.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Heavy cleans followed by an EMOM with Box jumps, pull-ups and lunges
TUESDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Push Press followed by DU's and TTB
WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Team Cardio WOD
THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Front Squat followed by Wallballs and Deadlifts
FRIDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] in Teams complete thrusters, cleans,HSPU and rowing
SATURDAY -[BENCHMARK] CrossFit Open 23.1
SUNDAY [SWEAT & GRND] Bench Press followed by Push-ups and snatches
