Ready for next week?

GYMNASTICS CYCLE

We are entering a new Programming Cycle on Monday. The focus will be on Gymnastics, Single-Leg strength, and Snatches. The weeks will be structured as follows:

Monday - Toe-To-Bar practise

Tuesday - Single Leg Strength

Wednesday - Bench Press

Thursday - Pull Up Practise / Muscle up

Friday - Cardio Day

Saturday - Snatches

Sunday - Pistols

Both the Lunges and Bench Press will be TEMPO. Most people only focus on the “heavier weight” part. However, tempos and rest breaks are great training tools that can be used to achieve the same results without putting all the extra stress on your skeleton which helps avoid injuries.

Coming week Barbell Club will be on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] TTB Practise followed by a version of the fifty fifty benchmark WOD

  • TUESDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Working on the Glutes in combination of conditioning

  • WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Devils Press and running

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Pull Up practise and a form of Cindy

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD AND GRIND] Core and Glutes

  • SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] A team of 2 DB Chipper

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Bench press and rowing
