BACK TO BASICS CYCLE - Week 4
CHALKBOX SOCIAL
We have to make some changes to our CHALKBOX Social! The 3 sisters Restaurant likes to be involved and have offered to arrange the BBQ for us for both meat and veggie eaters. This means that we need to change the date and time… We will be organising the BBQ on Saturday 23rd September. We will start with a nice TEAM WOD during Lunch time followed by a BBQ at the farm. More information will follow later today.

TUESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRING] A workout for Quality
WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Push Jerks followed by more pushing and burpees
THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Squat Cleans Followed by BEEP TEST
FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Handstand practise and Gymnastic Annie
SATURDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Deficit Deadlifts followed by "Donny"
SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A Benchmark Team WOD
