Ready for next week?

WEEK 2

An amazing effort to anyone who challenged the Murph workout on Saturday. A special shout out to Emily who fought hard (after a barbell club session) to finish all.

As we are closed on Monday we have pushed the Back Squat this week to Tuesday and the Deadlifts to Thursday so we can continue our strength cycle in these movements.

Coming week Barbell Club will be on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -Bank holiday

  • TUESDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Continue the Back Squat followed by Annie meets Grace

  • WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] A fun Metcon with lots of movements, ENJOY!

  • THURSDAY - [[BUILD & GRIND] Week 2 of the Deadlifts followed by Box Jumps and Wallballs

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Week 2 of the press followed by more presses and gymnastics

  • SATURDAY [BENCHMARK] "Start me up"

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Partner interval WOD.


OTHERS:

  • We will be organising a 5k run soon, this means you will see more running in our workouts to prepare for this. Try not to avoid running, challenge yourself and give it a go!
