This week is week 3 of our “Classic CrossFit’ cycle. The focus is on shorter, faster and mono structural workouts leading to a 400-meter run benchmark test at the end of the cycle

FRIDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Heavy Cleans followed by
Wallballs, Burpees and Cleans
SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT Rowing and L-Sits
SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD
