CrossFit Classics - Week 3

This week is week 3 of our “Classic CrossFit’ cycle. The focus is on shorter, faster and mono structural workouts leading to a 400-meter run benchmark test at the end of the cycle

  • MONDAY - [SWEAT & BUILD] "Helen"

  • TUESDAY - [HEAVY DAY] Push Press

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] TTB and Wall Walks

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & SPRINT] Shuttle run and Calories

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Heavy Cleans followed by

    Wallballs, Burpees and Cleans

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT Rowing and L-Sits

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD
