Starting something new can feel a bit daunting.

“What actually happens in my first class?”
So here it is — simple, honest, and exactly what to expect.
1. You arrive (a bit early)
We’ll usually ask you to come in about 10–15 minutes early.
That gives us time to:
say hello
show you around
explain how things work
No rushing. No pressure.
2. You meet the coach
Before anything starts, the coach will:
have a quick chat with you
ask about injuries or concerns
understand your experience level
This is important — everything is based around YOU
3. Warm-up (nothing crazy)
The session starts with a warm-up.
Nothing intense.
Just simple movements to get your body ready
4. Learn the movements
Before the workout, the coach will:
explain what you’re doing
demonstrate movements
help you practise
You’re not expected to know anything
5. The workout (adapted to you)
This is the part people worry about most.
But here’s the truth:
The workout is adjusted to your level
That might mean:
lighter weights
fewer reps
simpler movements
You go at your pace
6. You’re never left on your own
The coach is there throughout:
guiding you
correcting technique
encouraging you
You’re supported the whole time
7. Finish feeling good (not broken)
You should leave feeling:
like you’ve done something
but not completely exhausted
confident you can come back
