A) Barbell Skills Warm Up
B) 15-20min to build a technical sound set of 5 reps in the Power Snatch
C) Halting Snatch Dead Lifts
In pairs each 5 sets of 3 Snatch Dead Lifts. Use a load that challenges you (70% -100% of BW) Add load along the way.
Hold 2 -3 sec each position: 1 inch off the floor/below the knee/mid thigh/hips and back down
