This young athlete swims at a high level with Sevenoaks Swimming Club and has been training with Coach Kayla to build strength, power and confidence outside the pool.

For swimmers, strength training can make a huge difference: stronger starts, better body position, more power through the water, and better control to help reduce injury risk.
