WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
Coming Up: 6 Weeks of Strength Building
Over the next 6 weeks, our workouts will focus on progressive overload to help build strength and muscle.
Mondays will be squat-focused, Thursdays will be press-focused, and Tuesdays will alternate between gymnastics strength and Olympic lifting.
Wednesdays stay as our Hyrox-style sessions, while Fridays will include more strength work alongside conditioning.
Saturdays and Sundays will remain our fun partner workout days.
MONDAY – [BUILD&GRIND] Back Squat followed by rowing and Bench Press
TUESDAY – [SWEAT&SPRINT] Cardio and abs
WEDNESDAY – [[CHALKFIT] Ski, bike, Row, Run, Wallballs, Burpees and Sledge
THURSDAY – [BUILD&GRIND] Strict press followed by, snatches, Wallballs and jerks
THURSDAY - [TRAIN WITH CHILD] A nice mix
FRIDAY – [GRIND&GRIND] Wallballs and Olympic Lifting followed by Gymnastics practise
SATURDAY – [SWEAT&SPRINT] Calories And Push Ups
SUNDAY – [SWEAT&SPRINT] Burpees, DU's and Plank
