WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY – CLOSED

  • TUESDAY – (BUILD&GRIND) Today we are starting with Romanian deadlifts to strengthen the posterior chain. Followed by a hot workout of 400m runs with power cleans and muscle ups

  • WEDNESDAY –(CHALKFIT) Get through this endurance peace as fast as you can and don’t get overtaken!

  • THURSDAY –(BUILD&GRIND) Today we have strict shoulder press followed by a benchmark workout β€œKaren”

  • FRIDAY – (SWEAT & SPRINT) There's eight 4min sections today. Go in order and you can't mess this up. It just looks more complicated than it actually is.
