This program cycle has been designed by coach Nathan. He has the rolling for the coming weeks.

This is what the ciming cycle will look like:

MONDAYS - Squats progressions

TUESDAY - skill like MU/ pull-ups or plyometrics(broad jumps for distance) for example . Followed by a wod

WEDNESDAYS - Hyrox style

THURSDAYS - Deadlift progression

FRIDAYS Chalkfit (ENDURANCE)

SATURDAYS - Team workouts

SUNDAYS - A nice mix of everything

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - (BUILD&GRIND)Squats then For Time

  • TUESDAY - (SKILL&SWEAT)Pull-ups then Sprint

  • WEDNESDAY - [HYROX STYLE] Endurance

  • THURSDAY - (BUILD&GRIND) Deadlift then Sprint

  • FRIDAY - (CHALKFI) Calorie And Dumbell Madness!

  • SATURDAY -(SWEAT & SPRINT) Burpees, Squats Bike and Deadlifts

  • SUNDAY - (SWEAT AND SPRINT) A fun EMOM
