This is what the ciming cycle will look like:
MONDAYS - Squats progressions
TUESDAY - skill like MU/ pull-ups or plyometrics(broad jumps for distance) for example . Followed by a wod
WEDNESDAYS - Hyrox style
THURSDAYS - Deadlift progression
FRIDAYS Chalkfit (ENDURANCE)
SATURDAYS - Team workouts
SUNDAYS - A nice mix of everything
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY - (BUILD&GRIND)Squats then For Time
TUESDAY - (SKILL&SWEAT)Pull-ups then Sprint
WEDNESDAY - [HYROX STYLE] Endurance
THURSDAY - (BUILD&GRIND) Deadlift then Sprint
FRIDAY - (CHALKFI) Calorie And Dumbell Madness!
SATURDAY -(SWEAT & SPRINT) Burpees, Squats Bike and Deadlifts
SUNDAY - (SWEAT AND SPRINT) A fun EMOM
