WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

Coming Up: 6 Weeks of Strength Building

Over the next 6 weeks, our workouts will focus on progressive overload to help build strength and muscle.

Mondays will be squat-focused, Thursdays will be press-focused, and Tuesdays will alternate between gymnastics strength and Olympic lifting.

Wednesdays stay as our Hyrox-style sessions, while Fridays will include more strength work alongside conditioning.

Saturdays and Sundays will remain our fun partner workout days.

  • MONDAY – [BUILD&SWEAT] Squats followed by more squats and TTB

  • TUESDAY – [GRIND&SPRINT] Power Cleans followed by Pull ups and KBS

  • WEDNESDAY – [CHALKFIT] Row, Burpees and Sandbag Squats

  • THURSDAY – [BUILD&SWEAT] Press followed by Bench Press and Wallballs

  • THURSDAY - TRAIN WITH CHILD] Conditioning with build in EMOM

  • FRIDAY[SWEAT&SPRINT] Sweat to sparkle

  • SATURDAY[SWEAT&GRIND] Running and Squatting

  • SUNDAY[SWEAT&SPRINT] CrossFit complete plus running
